Job performance can be defined as “all the behaviors employees engage in while at work”. Khan et al. (2009) stated that a fair amount of the employees’ behavior displayed at work is not necessarily related to job-specific aspects. A good employee performance is necessary for the organization, since an organization’s success is dependent upon the employee’s creativity, innovation and commitment (Kreisman, 2002).
